Bullying happens everywhere. But describe what he is doing to you, it may or may not be illegal.
I think everyone thinks The GM of the stores are bully's. You need to be more specific. I don't take it personally anymore. If they don't say anything to me then I'm obviously doing my job right. They have their jobs to do and we have ours. Their job is to make sure we are doing ours. If we're not doing it right or might have missed something, they are to let us know. If their is improvements that we need to make they are to let us know. So, I listen to their advise, if they give it, and do my job.
