I currently work over night grocery crew into the Atlanta division, I'm full time and would like to keep it that way if possible. I'm looking at moving near Pensacola Florida, I know the kroger company owns Tom thumb down there. 

Are they unionized? What are the chances of staying full time transferring there? What kind of hoops do I have to jump through to transfer across divisions?
