Im a new hire for overnight and the store just straight up won't tell me when I work. I have to call in every day to ask and the website that normally would tell me my schedule hasn't worked for me since the day i got hired, is this normal? Should I be more concerned about this?
The communication is normal. But, they should at least make it easy to know when you start.
Did you take any computer training yet?
If you want to get to the source, go in between 10pm and Midnight and ask to speak to the night grocery manager. That is who will be in charge of you. They can ask the managers when you are supposed to start.
Some crews start at 10pm. Others start at Midnight.

I've already done training and worked like 3 shifts, but they still haven't given me a schedule, I've ever talked to my managers about it and they basically shake their heads and say "I don't know what to tell you"
I would talk to your HR person at the store during the afternoon sometime and get the info from them as most times, by me at least, only the Store Director, Assistant / Co-managers, and our Store Ops Manager (HR) have access to employee scheduling.

The schedules are made 2 weeks in advance, so it's likely there's a "gap" before you can be put into the schedule and the schedule will automatically schedule you hours. The reason you have to call in, is for extra help or call-ins. If it's a super busy day, or others call out (they always do, at least one a day), then they can have you come in and cover them, because most of the employees already scheduled will NOT want to come in on their day off.
Most managers use the automatic scheduler, then submit it to management for approval, then management can change things and the original person working on it can move shifts around and adjust a few things, because the schedule never gets it right automatically.

2 weeks. Must be nice. 1 week and you don't know if you work each Saturday until thus or fri (yes 1 or 2 days prior to Saturday).
