There's an employee in the grocery department who refuses to do anything and has been telling management he wasn't gonna pull his weight when he works and it's causing tension between other employees? Can he be moved or is there anything you can do to move him to a different department?

He'll be promoted to co-manager soon going by the stupid decisions this company makes.

sounds like a real sh#thead of a worker. if you are not pulling your weight, why did you even accept this job in the first place? if i were you i'd just ignore them and let nature run its course. just do your job and let those who don't want to do their job get reprimanded. every man for himself
