I wish Kroger would stop this. Free candy, free cookies, free fruit.  Candy and cookies are not good for kids (in excess) so why should Kroger encourage this when they like to pretend they are so "hip" and up with the green/healthy lifestyles? 

The free fruit in Produce should be stopped!!!!  Pieces of orange peels end up scattered around the store. Partially eated bananas and banana peels on the floor, a serious accident / lawsuit just waiting to happen.
