Going from job step 80 to 500 will I get raises still?

I am a cashier and I've worked for Kroger for 4 years all as a cashier . In a few months I am supposed to go from job step 80 to 500 and my pay will jump about 2 dollars.  However will that raise be my last? Will I end up topping out? What can I do about this? Or how to find ways to raise my pay?

job step 500 is no more raises at all. that's what they make baggers for the entirety of their career, usually.

Is this normal to top out after. 4 Years? Seems a little soon, my pay would be 11dollars an hour st the top out rate. Seems low to top out at? Why would my job step take such a big jump?  Is this a performance thing. I am in southwest division.

500 is top out pay as others have noted. You will still get the yearly contract(cost of living) raise dependent upon your contract, but that usually only amounts to about 0.15$ an hour.
