she tried to have a operations manager write me up twice and lied her way through the whole thing, anyways, she is trash idiot really, but do you have a terrible csm?
Omg yes. Our whole store Hates ours. She makes people cry and embarrasses us in front of people. She is one of the reasons I quit. Even our old store manager didn't like her. She is really rude and takes her personal issues to work. I could go on and on. She expects you to get everything done by her standards. She gives you attitude even if you try to be nice to her. It's awful. She's really unprofessional and they need to move her. We just recently got a new store manager and yet they won't move her. If she ever does get moved the store would throw a party lol

My csm constantly lies, and doesn't let anyone do anything, because she wasn't able to do things at her old store. Even though Kroger is ok with it. Like taking vacation time.
Ugh that's awful. Mine sounds like this also. Mine gets every Friday off and works half a Sunday like four hours. But yet denies a request if you put it in for a weekend day. It's like CSMs get a power Trip or been with Kroger too long. Mine once told me I HAD to talk to her about moving a department but yes she is pretty terrible.
