I'm attempting to apply for another job outside of Kroger.  However, the job application requires that I give the last name of my supervisor.  The problem is literally everyone in the store is on a first-name basis with each other.  No one in the company knows I am searching for another job.  Is there somewhere I can find my supervisor's last name without looking suspicious?  I'd rather not ask anyone in the store, and the Kroger personnel search on GreatPeople doesn't work without at least two characters in each field.  My supervisor is the nighttime manager, so they probably have email access, if that helps.
