Im currently an assistant front end manager. Right now I'm at $17.95. It depends on the store but it's usually within a dollar of this

And no it's not salaried, at least in the cincinnati division. We are under the same union contract that everyone else is.

I'm a dept head in a non union store. Make 20 an hour. Screw that salary nonsense. I don't want to make 12 bucks an hour despite numerous attempts to promote me.
