how many hours accidentally get you full time?

Is it 32 hours  on average of 12 weeks? I think it is in my Delta district. I hope I'm about to get full time! My hours these past 12 weeks are 39.50 +38.25 + 33 + 29.75 + 33.50 + 33 + 34 + 34.50 + 36.50 + 38.75 + 20 + 23.50 + 28.50 = 389.75 ÷ 12 = 32.47 is this how they average hours?

lol accidentally get full time?

Most new contracts you have to work 40 hours for 12 weeks straight. Read your union book.

You can't "accidentally" get full time, as far as I know. As soon as you get close, an alert e-mail is sent to your store manager, ASP, and potentially one other person at your store. You can't become full time without someone at your store knowing ahead of time... unless people at your store are absolutely terrible at checking their e-mails.

In my division, it's not based on an average. You actually have to work twelve weeks consecutive (at thirty-five hours, I think, and no paid time off doesn't count; neither do overtime hours) in order to be reclassified full time in the system.

49 hours for twelve weeks consistently. I managed to squeak by with that rule but I was unfortunately fortunate that my department head was out for some emergency surgery and most of our crew quit. So it was hell for a few months.

In order to get full time here it has to be 36 hours or more for 12-16 weeks consistently. If there is one week in that time period that the person drops below 36 hours even for one week the whole process starts all over again.

Which is what totally pissed me off. I was up to 7 weeks when they had some of our more full-time peeps go on vacations earlier this year. But then they must have gotten a email real quick and I was freaking dropped down to 23 the following week. It's likes you SOBes, you don't even realize how much work I actually put into the job, unlike some people that get there and complain the whole day and tell you what they WON'T be doing or what have you. And as always the real kicker, they dropped me down and then kept calling me to ask if I could cover for somebody. It was totally like are you flippin' serious?

Thank the lord they had posted a full-time spot in Deli. Which they had to open up to 4 peeps that were qualified enough for it at the time and I thankfully got one in order to get my full-time. Was just over the games after a while.

Congrats on your full time position, I know it is very rare that it happens. They actually have someone check in my store every week to see who is getting close to full time so they can cut their hours if needed.
