So how will they get "Coordinators" to move across county to staff a New District? $$$

We need to eliminate waste to better serve our customers? So ADD 750k+ in salaries back that were just eliminated 3-4 months ago?

How will we retain associates that will be asked to travel 1 hour+ to stores across town? How will we retain associates that see no job growth or potential for job growth?

"Take a job, stay for a career"?  Kroger always had the "Promote from within", I would say 75% of employees that were promoted in the past from Store Clerks wouldn't be "qualified" with the standards that exist now!  Kroger would rather hire someone new off the street then actually promote from within!

We complete an Associate Survey Yearly, that means nothing!

We role out new programs that on paper sound great, but yet don't think of how they would really effect the stores!  Eliminate Shrink/Loss but yet "FILL IT UP", when your told to not overproduce or over order?

Your talking about new district 6 for Cincy division? Yeah I thought that sounded stupid too after they just downsized down to 5 districts.

As long as they don't take away my coordinator I don't care what they do. I actually have one that cares about her stores and her dept heads.
