I have never heard of Clicklist Lead! I feel stupid but what department is Clicklist? What do Clicklists do?
Someone that works it, can probably answer this question better than me. But from how I take it to mean. They are the dept. That does the shopping for customers that don't have time to actually come in and do it themselves. Pretty much go from dept. to dept. finding items or asking fellow associates where such and such an item is and put it in their baggies on their cart and on to the next. Think they have so much time to collect the items by too. So they can get it ready for the customer that is going to pick it up. Beyond that and the other aspects of the job, I knows not.
Although I take that back. Last huddle I was at, one of our store managers said that Clicklist was supposed to challenge other depts. about their lows and holes on the floor. Which I still laugh about that. Most especially when you are as understaffed as most depts. are. It's a miracle to even keep up with some of that ourselves, let alone for other depts. too.
By lead, are you referring to the e-Commerce Supervisor (this person is part of salaried management and is ultimately responsible for the department) or the Department Head position (this person is hourly, and is in charge of the department when the e-Commerce Supervisor is off)? The Department Head position tops out at just over $15.00 an hour and the e-Commerce Supervisor is paid roughly in the same range as a co-manager, although I believe (and this I'm not 100% sure of), the salary earned is closer to the low end (as a co-manager's salary can vary based on a variety of factors). I've heard (although don't take this as a fact) that typically a co-manager at Kroger makes a little over $40,000 a year, but again, this is a figure that can vary.
Your store's ASP (office administrative assistant) can likely provide you with more precise figures. Assuming your store still has an ASP... rumor is that position is being eliminated in the very near future.
ClickList Lead was just added to our new union contract. They are exactly that, a LEAD. they get the same pay rate as and other lead (dairy, nutrition, frozen.) Here it is an extra $40 cents per hour. They are not their own department, in terms of getting paid more than leads.
