I've thought about it, but I have transportation issues that make getting out to any meetings either a pain or downright unfeasible. I only got out to the ratification meeting by carpooling with coworkers.

Not totally, but kinda. I would have topped out sooner under the old contract. The new contract gets me better pay in the short term, but in the long term, I have to wait longer now to hit top pay.

The new contract really doesn't go far enough when it comes to a lot of things, but... oh well.
