there not easier , both haft to work hard

but as back up of the meat dept you haft to have experience in all aspects of the department.......Knowledge of the cuts of beef and its physically demanding beef boxes can run up to a 60 - 100 pounds each

if you never worked in the Meat department......... i dont see how you could or would even qualify as a back up...... its hard and very unappreciated work.........not to mention going home going home with blood on your shoes or pants or shirt if you cut alot that day.......and that dam cutting glove they expect you to wear

changing gloves hundred times a day

eco lab coming in every 30 days failing you on your inspection cause nothing you will ever satisfy them...they are there to find things and fail your department

Yeah that is why I always thought the other back ups would be better to be because not as much crap to worry about.
