Has anyone done any serious research in to the best options available. The retirement date funds all include Kroger and I can see the end for this company coming sooner than later. The US all cap fund seems to be my only choice. Any thoughts?
Just set up an IRA account directly with a brokerage like Vanguard or Charles Schwab. If Kroger provides a match then directly transfer the funds from your 401(k) into your self directed IRA. If Kroger does not match then don't setup the 401(k) since it has more setup fees than a self directed IRA.
