I saw these people walking around our store the other day. They were wearing red Kroger T-shirts and name tags. I didn't get a chance to ask them what they were doing here. Does anybody know? Did they come to your store as well?
Do they wear those on special occasions? As I don't believe I've seen some of our culture council peeps wearing their regular clothes in meetings. Not even the blue work shirts.
Are they the shirts that say "How 'bout those low prices?" Because those things are just part of an obnoxious marketing push, like the Taste of [x] promos that thankfully haven't happened this year
A big waste of time that disrupts the workers from doing actual work which is supposed to discuss and improve the store's culture but really does nothing, especially when the employees involved in the council change over from one month to the next.

No, they had a big Kroger logo on the front of them and then on the back, I believe they said something like "I'm here to help you" or "Let me help you" or something like that.
The new Bozo blouses that make us look like Target workers. (Nothing against Target workers, mind you.)
Need a size small?
"Thank goodness y'all ordered scores of those," said no associate at our store.
They do make us look like we work for Target. Why not blue t shirts? Anyway a customer told me it was because we ended the senior discount so we are emphasizing the lower prices.
The red shirts are from the Customer Comment Contest that is currently going on. For every time your name is mentioned in a highly satisfied comment, your name goes on a board. There a several goals that when you hit, you earn a reward. I believe the first one is a phone holder, then a Kroger draw-string bag. At 25 i believe is when you get a red shirt. We have a couple at my store that how won them.
