So I've been working as a grocery clerk for a few months now and I'm kind of known around the store as the clerk who can be spotted filling just about anything from dairy to home goods. However, my real interest lies in Click List, is it possible to somehow request a transfer to be a Click List employee or am I chasing a lost cause?

I would speak with the e-Commerce Supervisor (the salaried manager that oversees ClickList) and let your interest in the department be known. This person can tell you if there are any openings in ClickList. If there is an opening, then you can take the next step and talk to the co-manager that is over HR at your store and let him/her know that you'd like to transfer to ClickList. It will probably come down to whether or not grocery can afford to lose you to another department. The sooner you speak up though and let it be known that you want to move to another department, the better chance you have of (eventually) getting there.

If your one that likes to jump around and do different stuff, Clicklist might be good, but also might be bad. Clicklist in reality should be filled with Associates like yourself! Clicklist you could Select or be an Attendant, or both depending on whats going on. Its not going to hurt to ask, but I would say your too valuable in your current role.
