Had a woman think I changed the price of an item that was on her phone

She was showing me her phone with the Kroger app and showing me how this 3 pound package of ground beef is actually $3 or something instead of $9 like it scans up on the Uscan. While she was scrolling by for the other items on the phone she thinks are a different price, I ask her again what the price of the beef was (because I forgot what she said) and she pulls up the right item (she was looking at the wrong package size), and she tells me that I changed the price... on her phone...

She doesn't make a deal out of it and accepts the scanned $9 price. But she genuinely believed I changed the price of the item on the website... She walked out just smiling after telling me how sneaky I am...

LOL...

It was so much easier when the price on the shelf was the actual price, too many e-coupons, promotions! $3.00 was Per Pound = $9.00 for the 3lb packaage

I know! So many times I have to explain to them things like, "You have to buy 5 of those sodas to get that price, sir." I don't blame them when there's THREE prices on the tag... the regular price, the price with the plus card, and the price when they buy 5. They naturally only see the price when you buy 5 cause it's the cheapest. One customer even told me, they have to make that text bigger or something. The text that says ya gotta buy a certain amount.

I've  noticed on a lot of those promotions for soda when it says something like $.88 ea. when you buy five, it means you can only buy five.  If you try to buy ten or any multiple of five, it only gives you the discount on the first five unless you ring up each group of five as a separate order.
