So around the middle of September I had one of my paid vacations, the week after I went to get my check and it wasn't at work checked hr express and it showed me not getting a check at all for that vacation week. Went to hr and she told me she couldn't do anything because my vacation was scheduled before the anniversary of my higher date and that I possibly wouldn't see that money till my hire date. Now my higher date has come and passed and nothing. I don't know if I should go to the union about this or not
My vacation was scheduled to start on the 17th of September and my hire date was October 15th. This was the first year I qualified for a third vacation. I confronted them the first time about it because I had bills to pay they said they couldn't even give me a pay advance for it.
