1: I never notice any changes. I do not feel that anyone actually reads the survey results, or even bothers to do anything about it. If there are changes, I won't believe it until I see it. Even if anyone does read it, they likely don't care enough to change anything for the better
2: Kroger management doesn't give a damn about the employees' well-being when it comes to important decisions. In fact, most of them don't care about the employees at all
3: This is a damn lie. I see people who make $16-$17 or more an hour doing next to nothing while the ones who make $10 or less are expected to do the work of 3 people
I think if they truly want an accurate picture, they should have each employee submit three questions that they would like to see on the survey. The top 20 or 30 questions submitted would then be put on the survey. They can do all the surveys they want, but if they don't ask the right questions, it doesn't do a bit of good.
