90 days is standard. Expect a 2 week check up, one month evaluation, two month evaluation, and 90 day evaluation

Consult your contract since details like this vary across locations.  Fwiw, it's 45 calendar days for Dallas.

Expect a 2 week check up, one month evaluation, two month evaluation, and 90 day evaluation

Or, you may expect little or none of that . . . aside from electronic noise in the form of "onboarding" spam emails.  If you show up most of the time and manage to not commit murder on Aisle 14, you'll likely get to stay.

My store is so understaffed as long as you show up to work you will make it through probation, leading us to have some awful employees.

In my area it's around 60 days.

I don't know about standards of other departments but to not pass probation on the Front End, you'd have to No Call No Show, call out excessively and/or call out for reasons not relevant to health ("Oh, I have somewhere to be this Saturday, sorry") or leaving your shift early.

Also using the cell phone at the register in front of customers, and continuing to do so after managment tells you to stop.
