Hey. I was hired 9/30. I checked the box I had a felony, told phone interview I did and HR person. Now on my 88th day I got fired. And I have my 60 days in? The union said they can't do anything???
Doesn't really make sense, but that isn't anything new with big companies. In your Division, how many days after your hire date are you an "official" union member? Anyways demand the Union give back your union dues.
