Kroger you already censor information on customer feedback, release the 2017 employee survey results and quit burying them. We all know how bad they are, just release them and try to improve if you still can. I have my doubts
Kroger in my district is censoring and manipulating data to lie to employees and hide negative information.
Release the survey results, I won't ever let this go.
They censor the information to try to have a positive/uplifting environment. If you think about it most Customer Feedback is negative, because customer expect fast/friendly service from all associates. If a customer really is HIGHLY Satisfied, like WOW.... they do not do a survey they call/seek out the Manger. What did they expect with the Associates Survey? If you walk into any store most associates will point blank tell Upper Mgmt the issues and describe the environment. Being that the stores have suffered for so long, associates do not need to hit behind a survey anymore, they will express themselves openly and honestly. Who wants to listen?
it's sad though that all the stores in this division are in the same shape but yet nothing is being done. up here in my district, all the nearby stores are severely understaffed. i've even been told that if i know what's good for me, I do NOT want to go back to my home store because with the current management, it's just a mess. The store i'm at now is one of the worst in our district on out of stocks, and the good employees we do have are all being promoted to dept heads or backups, and getting out. we just lost one of our few produce people to go to another store and one of our best front end supervisors is next to leave. which it's good for those people to get promotions, but it's bad because there is no one to give their missing hours to.
Well its good people are getting promoted, but they are being setup for failure. You have to think when a lot of the current department heads/assistant where promoted they had to wait and actually earn it. Now, as long as you have a pulse and want the $$ your promoted.
