This isn't for me this is for co workers and couldn't find a answer.
We have a lazy grocery manager that's a dick, liar and doesn't know how to talk to people. He tares people down and threatens to fire them instead of encouraging and building people up. Crew Chief does the same and acts the same way.
I will say this tho I have been working grocery days/nights for 13 years " 3 company's and countless grocery managers" and have never had a issue with any of them until this guy. Put this in perspective I throw 100-120 "just throwing" cases per hour depending on product and was told I need to go faster and if not I would be terminated.
Everybody on the crew works no one is standing around and everyone is passed there probation period and in the union some are faster than others.
Management wants to fire some employees because their not "fast enough". Is this even possible or legal? What is the company standard if there even is one?
