so I work at marianos & the building is not like the others Marianos stores where its all built from the ground and stuff like that but today the roof of the receiving dock collapsed . Thankfully no one was hurt! But yes their was a lot of damage. I was like wow
Most stores get build by the "almost cheapest" contractor. After the store opens, the company has to fix and redo enough to make you wonder what else was done cheaply.
Glad nobody was hurt... what a scary thing to have happen.
The Marketplace I work at is only around eight years old... yet the roof leaks like crazy every time it rains. It does worry me every now and again that a badly leaking roof could lead to something worse at some point.
