I haven't received a bonus check in 16 weeks. I thought we received one every 12 weeks. When was the last bonus?

I think the OP is asking about the "SHARED SUCCESS" or so-called "payouts"?????   Are ALL Krogers not doing this?  Or maybe it is only in certain divisions / districts?

We received our Shared Success checks on Thursday, February 22, 2018.   This was in the Louisville Division.

Someone with better grasp of how the Shared Success program works, PLEASE chime in.  I barely understand it myself, but it seems our overall scores for FRESH and FRIENDLY, over a period of time, are analyzed / compiled  and this results in all employees (if not most??) then being paid an extra  10 cents, or 40 cents, or 70 cents, or a dollar (whatever the $ amount turns out to be for that 3 month period) for each hour they actually worked during that preceding three months.  The checks are issued every three months, and your check stub (or info on the online data from) will note the amount as "SHARED SUCCESS".

A common concept in some Non-union companies. Usually Dept heads and store management. They considered it for the Columbus Division about a year ago. No chance now...

Oh darn.... Guess they can keep their non union appeasement at 0.00052cents a hour. Oh and that's if your lucky enough to make the outrageous metrics.

Definitely never heard of this. But as I am in the Columbus Division, then definitely never will it would seem. At most I've only ever heard of us getting free fuel points if the Fresh and Friendly thing is good. But yea nothing about more money. They'd rather give us stuff from the markdowns and what not before a rusty penny more, comes out of their pocket first.
