Lose benefits when transferring stores?

I'm wanting to transfer to a store in the next city over ("different bargaining area") because the potential for hours is greater, but I'm going over the transfer forms and it looks like it's saying I could very well lose my health insurance until the next year rolls around. I could understand if I was moving, say, from a King Soopers in one state to a Fry's in a completely other district, but is this true for a transfer so close? Between my current work situation, needing to use my insurance before this year is out, and Obamacare fining us for every month we're without come next tax season, I'm getting screwed from every direction here...

I am assuming you are part time because you are trying to get more hours.

The best person to ask would be the District Union rep for the store you are wanting to transfer to.

We're not union, and yes I'm part-time of nine years. I'm going to talk to the person that handles our payroll, I'm told she'd know best. She only stops into the store a couple times a week, though, so I thought I'd post here if I could get a quicker answer.
