UFCW 75 VOTE TODAY. make sure to get out there and vote no on our contract. This will be a pay cut for anyone topped out. Demand some of that permanent  tax break to make up for the fact it expires for normal folks in 2025.

No one in corporate makes a Happy customer.

Vote no on this insult.

I am going to the three Pm meeting. I am voting no. There is something wrong with this contract that they are not telling. Union is pushing this too hard.

I went ahead and voted yes, but i can see that it's not a win for everyone.

You top out in 6 years now though so it's not really a pay cut for anyone who sticks around long enough.

It says it passed with a 76% approval.

The only thing that i meant wasn't a win is the fact that people in the middle of the payscale might get raises slower than before, since the 500/750 hour pay raises are gone and instead are just yearly pay raises.

You are wrong completely.  We are getting a copay, insurance goes up, we have to buy our own uniforms, and they been working us to death for the last year.  You can lay down and roll over for your eager .30 cents but when im seeing a 250 million dollar tax cut, williams pay going back up to 13mil, all the krogers insiders selling prior to the stock tanking another 12%.

They are robbing this company blind, and you are helping them load their lifeboats with your vote yes.  You sold out all your brothers in the future for  dollar now.   Live with that.

Is there a copy of the new contract online? Note: Not a member of that union.

My main questions are:
1) How insurance premiums changed.
2) How top out pay changed.
3) How department leaders(inc: leads, backups etc) pay changed.

As this is the first contract that has passed under "Restock Kroger" I'd like to have some insight in what other upcoming contracts can expect to see.
