Giving 2 week notice.

Im finally getting away from Kroger after being offered my dream job which Ive been working hard in school for since last year. I plan on handing in my 2 week notice later this week once I get my new contract but I just wondered do I write my notice and give it to my store manager? Or do I write one for my dept manager too?

Write one for your GM and if in the Union write one for the Union as well.

OP here, if I give my notice to finish on the Tuesday of the 2nd week notice period will I still get hours for that Sunday, Monday and Tuesday? Or am I supposed to give notice based on the Sunday to Saturday schedule?

I think it should be 2 weeks from the date you turn your notice in. I don't think it matters what day of the week it is. They can pay you a partial work week.
I command you for giving the notice. Leaving without one would be a bad advice. Always better to leave on good terms. You never know if you will need to turn to Kroger anytime in the future, or if anybody calls them for references.

Write a nice note, thanking the store manager and your department head for the opportunity to gain this experience. Then give your notice to your store manager, your department head and it's a good idea to give it to the person who writes your schedule. If you are in the Union, send them a notice too. In case you will join kroger again in the future, they will not charge you initiation fees.

Happy for you, good luck in your new place.
