Are these surveys linked to your account along with your name? And could you potentially give yourself a "highly satisfied" comment? Seems to me like a way for some ppl to get more "comments" towards those prizes...

When I have went on the krogerfeedback.com site and filled out the online survey (using the info from the cash register receipt I got with my groceries) in order to do the survey you have to input the numbers from the receipt, and AS PART OF THAT PROCESS it WILL automatically "know" you are a Kroger employee, and will tell you that you will receive 50 free fuel points.  HOwever, there is also a notice indicating that your feedback will be thrown together with alot of other anonymous feedback, and your comments will then not be traceable to a particular person (I forget how it is worded exactly).

I might also add that of the 20+ plus times I have left feedback on the online form over the last 3 years or so, and have complimented various employees at my store in other departments, and I was as honest as possible (never about me or my own department, I wouldn't do that as I feel it is deceptive and not honest),  NOT ONE SINGLE TIME HAVE I EVER SEEN ONE OF MY COMMENTS APPEAR ON THE PRINTED OUT COMMENT SHEETS AT MY STORE!!!!!!!!   Which is making me assume that somehow, even though we as employees of Kroger ARE free to make comments, and perhaps Kroger people at the corporate level may read them, as a matter of policy (a computer agorithm??) they are AUTOMATICALLY barred from being included in the actual comments posted/sent by email to the respective stores. Is this so??????

Someone, please prove me wrong!! I want to be wrong on this. HAVE ANY OF YOU LEFT A SPECIFICALLY WORDED comment on the feedback survey (so that you know it was you, and not a customer who happened to write something similar)  , and you KNOW for  a fact it DID appear in the comments when they were released in the next day or so???

If I remember correctly, they always said Associate Feedback on the Receipt Survey would not be included in normal customer comments report. The Store Manager or a high ranking DIV associate I'm sure is able to pull the report if they desire, but I'm thinking no one regularly looks at this. The customer comments are important, but most are one sided and do not tell the complete story. If your experiencing an issue in your store, using the Associate Hotline will most likely receive a more timely response. Remember all associates from all companies complain, if you have an issue document it and build a case then contact DIV/Corporate level.
