No most contracts are 1 or not years of service or a certain average hours worked.

You have to have worked 1200 or more hours or worked there a year. For any of those benefits.

Actually, Insurance is offered differently in all DIVS/UFCW's. I would suggest contacting your Union Rep and them tell you if qualify of any additional benefits, there is always items that have been worked on after the contact has been written/voted on.
