How do I file a formal complaint against a store? I do not want to go to my local HR as the complaint is against an individual that works with HR at my former store. She devuldged personal information throughout the district that was to stay confidential. I have been told by several individuals that this person is not trust worthy and not sure why she has a position that requires confidentiality as she cannot be trusted to do so. Considering a lawsuit against the company for allowing people in positions were confidentiality is key to ignore that crucial requirement. As a result of her negligence, my circumstances had been shared with various stores throughout the region and the story of my situation has been blown way out of proportion to where it came nowhere near the truth of what took place. I believe this has caused me to be passed over for a promotion that I was highly qualified for as well as my daughter who applied at a store 50 miles away, was told she had the job by their HR department and a week later was told they went with someone else.
