Quick question

I have recently been told that I'm being held back from the position promised to me and refused a transfer, from the store manager, because I let them know about the bullying I'm dealing with in my department (in writing). This isn't right!! How can corporate even allow this? I know that they are trying to do everything in their power to get me to quit. I'm not going to quit because I know that's what they want. They will have to fire me if they want me gone. I know that they are waiting for that one F*** up to fire me. They won't be able to find a legit reason to fire me because I know there's a target on my back. I'm not going to make a mistake, that will get me fired. So my question is: If you have informed your management, corporate, and the Union (in writing) of the bullying going on and nothing has been done about it 3 months later, can you take them court? Should I file a lawsuit?

How have you contacted "Corporate"? You could file a grievance about a hostile work environment and possible force a transfer?

I emailed corporate! I wrote a letter to management and the staff informing them also. It is because of that email and the letter I wrote, the reason why they have stopped my training for the Lead position. They aren't agreeing on my transfer because they know the others are bullying me and they think that will make me eventually quit. One thing about me, they don't realize is that I never quit, I don't play games, and I've been bullied all my life. The bigger the challenge, the better I am. I was told it could be a lawsuit and want others advice, before I proceed

What you did wrong was notifying your store management, what you should've done was take notes and have witnesses as evidence whenever someone bullies you, then i would notified corporate.

How did you email Corporate? Did you email an actual person or send an email to department email address?

I looked up the CEO for Kroger companies, found the contact information for the corporate office and sent an email. This was about a year ago. I also posted something in the Upfront group in Yammer around the same time. I must have gotten to a real person, because they contacted our GM.

Emailing the CEO will get at least a emailed forward to the DIV Pre/VP, Yammer you will also get a lot of eyes views.  With all these ways to communicate, remember to be unrealistic, be reasonable and support your statements, also eliminate the use of harsh works or statement and just be factual.
