Change in union fees
Permalink

Two weeks ago my union fees went from 1 fee of 7.10 to 3 fees totaling 28 bucks. I've been with the company for 3 years. One of the fees is init and another is back union fees. If I've been with the company this long why am I owing back fees and getting hit with the fee they charge you when you first start? Could it have to do with changing from part time to full a few months ago? 28 a week is crazy high. I got a bump in pay but 28 bucks still stings. (In the Louisville division if it matters.)

Same happened to me when I went from GM to grocery. 3 different fees only lasted few weeks, but boy, I'm still pissed. And my normal $7 fee changed to $14 a week. Not liking it one tiniest bit.

Yeah. I went from a stocker to frozen lead. That happened late last year. Second week in a row, 28 dollars to the union dudes.
