Does your store have those concierge people? Ours does on occasion. Apparently they're part of this special program that Kroger has. 

At our store, they show up wearing these red t-shirts that say "I'm here to help you" and their sole purpose is to go around the store asking customers if they need help.

They're not assigned to the store, they float around from store to store.

I talked to one of them and apparently they're part of the "concierge program."
