no

I have herd that some employees have not been able to get lunches. Neither have they gotten there sick pay for having a doctors note.  You guys need to step up to the plate. Some of your employees aren't happy and being a customer I am concerned about them. Please do something about it. You treat your customers great but your staff like slaves. Some don't even get two days off what about there health. Please do something about it.

Preaching to the choir. This place is pretty much just us venting about the **** we deal with at work, and it's unclear if corporate even knows about this place, let alone reads the posts here.

Even if they did, they wouldn't care. As long as their pockets are being lined, they aren't changing ****.

But, they DO read the customer reviews (or so I have been told) so if enough customers touch on this in their reviews, then they might start to look at how they treat their employees ... at least at the manager level.

Thanks so much for thinking about us, though.

I do have a few tips customers can do that would make it easier for us poor employees:

If you decide you do not want something, dont just put it back wherever you feel like it, take it to check out and tell the cashier you dont want it, that is what is called a "go back" they will make sure it goes back to the correct place, esp perishable items.

If you see someone stocking product in the isles, unless you need something in that isle, dont make them move out of your way just so you can cake a shortcut through.

I've worked in grocery stores all over and the one thing consistent about customers? They don't give 2 ****s less about the employees. In fact, we're not even quite human to them.

Assuming a troll didn't post this, it's nice to know theres at least 1 decent human being out there. Thanks.

. . . being a customer, I am concerned about [associates]. Please do something about it. You treat your customers great but your staff like slaves.

Thanks.

Please place those kinds of remarks in the customer-feedback surveys.  If consumers insisted on shopping only where associates are fairly and humanely treated, the company would be forced to comply.

This site is not working. I used the old survey all the time but can not get this one to work. I shop at the Kroger Marketplace in Clute, TX, 77531. Please fix this so that I can qualify for my 50 points.
