I Hear talk about " Customer Promise Team" and Its all about the Customer.. My question is why don't schedule enough bodies to talk care of our customers needs? I work in Delta division
For the same reason there's need to appease pissed off customers in the first place, there's not enough help, not enough product on the shelves, not enough anything---except $$ coming to the stores.
For the same reason these situations are happening in all industries. Every where you go, everyone is short staffed..
