There should be a packet that is handed out, as it can be rather complicated. Certain things need counted by the store instead of the inventory team. You go into perinv and press f I think? F sounds right to me. Enter in a location number (which is seperated by dept which is laid out in the packet) put in the quantity and press enter twice. Press escape twice to get out and always process it. I think on the computer you go into FCB processing and youll find the huge list of numbers there. Print them one at a time....

Geez, I just dont think about inventory until its time and I make a tester location, retrain myself, retrain my whole dept on that location and go from there. Havent done it enough to do it like the back of my hand yet, unfortunately. But, once I do it that one time, its a super simple process and its easy. Im just pretty uncomfortable just saying things without knowing for sure what Im talking about haha. Definitely get someone, anyone in your store who knows how to show you the quick process. It is a lot easier when you can see it.
