Man, if I hear one more customer call about the romaine lettuce...WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR LETTUCE FROM ARIZONA, PEOPLE!!! GET IT THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULLS!!!! furious

Of course, it doesn't surprise me...There have been so many recalls on green produce, it's embarrassing how bad the problem is!

There have been 20 outbreaks from 1993 to 2011 that mostly involved romaine lettuce. And then, in 2006, a nationwide outbreak involving contaminated baby spinach sickened more than 200 people. Don't even get me started on the Chipotle issue...And what has anyone done about it??? Not a damn thing!!! Why is it SO HARD to get one thing like salad right??? And WHY did we not hear about this stuff in the old days like we do now???!!! evileye

All I know is that it sucks to keep pulling this stuff off the shelves all the time!!! There has GOT to be a better way!!!
