For real. I posted about this, people here think I'm joking and I'm not, and the creep at work is still there and still looking at me and management STILL is doing nothing about it. I'm thinking law suit. What exact steps should I take? Serious answers only please, I'm dead serious about this.
I filed a report once. It didn't involve sexual harassment, but I was impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the person that I spoke with over the phone. Five days after calling and filing a report, a district HR rep came out to my store and the situation was resolved to my satisfaction.
Unless he said "hey let's ****", simply looking at a person who sexuallizes there appearance on purpose in hopes of attracting Chad is not a rule violation. Basically, a man who is not among the genetic top 10% of males found your appearance pleasing and you were offended at the idea of a non Chad being glad you exist in this universe. Don't get him fired, he needs his job to pay for plastic surgery and get out of America.

if its a joke or not , why are you posting about it here , call the union, call store management , call the police , find another job if its that bad, hell even go to another store and speak to a store Manager if need be to get help
what can any of us who read this do about it , other than give advice
My friend was sexually harassed by a customer and no one took it seriously either. Not until she had her husband "talk" with the customer. Long story short, the guy ended up apologizing (after picking himself off the ground) and hasn't been back since. Kroger took it seriously then.
Is he simply looking at you? Has he ever touched you in a "flirtatious" way? Have you confronted him?
According to Kroger's sexual harassment policy, you should tell the actual person to stop. You shouldn't outright file a law suit, especially if he's only looking at you. What if you look like someone he knows? What if he's just one of those types of people who stares and can't really help it? You're giving little context to the situation so none of us can give you an accurate and serious answer unfortunately.
You may have to take it into your own hands. A customer was verbally harassing me to the point of discrimination and it ended when I filed a discrimination complaint and filed a discrimination report with the government. Then they opened their eyes. Otherwise I found this company does not give a **** about their employees and will not do anything about a situation unless it's in writing. file an ethics report. Be prepared for a union manager meeting.
