What is Kroger's social media policy for employees?

Check your handbook.

Basically, common sense.   You can be fired for offensive posts if deemed offensive by management.

"Do not post anything publicly that reflects poorly on Kroger."

I refuse to do social media.  I don't want anyone to know too much about me.

Low key and under the radar works well for me.

This is why i only have a few coworkers on mine that i trust, and i don't really put anything too bad on social media anyway. But my page is private so corporate will not be finding me anyway.

If you're going to post something negative about your job or someone at your job, make sure your name isn't attached to it.

So if you hide that you work at Kroger is that ok? I do post alot of religious stuff because my faith is part of who I am no matter where I'm at.

As long as you don't have Kroger mentioned in your FB profile you are OK-I write some pretty rough stuff (not about Kroger.) No where on my FB can people connect me with the company-I have my employment blank
