I've been working at Dillon's for almost two years. It will be two years in June. I have my Vacation coming up next month as well. I have been applying to other places and one job was interested in me for a temporary position which could be for hire (through a temp. agency, a state job). The job is full-time Monday through Friday.
I wondered if I would be able to only work Saturdays and still be able to get that vacation pay or if it would be revoked. I know at my store, if you leave the company after getting vacation pay, you have to pay them back.

Why pay them back after you leave the company after your vacation? That's odd.
If I worked at your store, they'd NEVER get paid back EVER if I left after taking my vacation. That money is yours. I'd look into it asap.
