A customer starts getting angry because electric scooter cart was going dead and was only able to move about 10 feet at a time, stop for about 30 seconds then move on. The customer wasn't far from checkout. She just keeps sitting there griping to me to get another so I go to the front to check for another and both of them are dead. The customer finally made it to the front while I was heading back so guess anger paid off. Note: You could tell the customer wasn't handicapped. The customer just approximately weighed between 350-400 lbs and was too lazy to walk.
Thanks. This was in the middle of the night so u know those things are going dead or charging so if you don't want to worry about that, you have two options. Come earlier or walk the store.
Do keep in mind some people that use these things also have disabilities. Obesity believe it or not is classified as a disability because it is so common not it is acutely a disease. They amy also have physically joint issues caused by the lack od mobility not allowing them to walk mich nor far.
Well obesity shouldn't be considered a disability. I've lost 90 lbs since I started working at Kroger. Start working at Kroger and you won't need that scooter. Option B: Bring your own. If you needed it the doctor would recommend it and insurance or medicaid/Medicare help cover it.
