Apparetly there have been 3 or 4 complaints about how he is treating and talking to employees. Does the Union rep have to report to Kroger this meeting? Is there a "next step" if things are not resolved?

If the complaints went to the Union, the Union will handle it. Your best bet is to not say anything unless you're questioned

The Union can talk to anyone that would like, but unless they file a grievance in some manner.....nothing will happen.

Is this considered like a verbal warning for a manager? Anyone know what the procedure is for a manager disciplinary? Is it the same for an hourly worker?

The "next step" will be the co-manager getting even with the 3-4 employees that made the complaints. Sad but true.
