Pay raises.

So they started me at 7.85 and hour and the next raise was a whopping 10 cents. my union dues were 8.50 and 50 cents for Sunday pay. As of last week when the raise kicked in it went to 9.00 bucks a hour the union dues are now 10.50 and its 1.00 for sundays. So did I roll over to full time or something? I did work close to 8 weeks between 36 to 40 hours then I was told Im getting to close to getting full time so the next 2 weeks I had 16 hours for both weeks. This week and next I have 26. Also wondering if I dont average 36 or so hours a week do you lose full time and does the raise I got revert back ?

Your union contract likely gives you a raise every X number of hours worked.  Ours recently changed but it used to do that, a small raise after every X number of hours worked.

You should still get your raise, it will just come slower than planned. Your raises do not go away once you have them unless you take a position then tops out lower than your job step.
But yes, you can lose your full time status if you dont work full time for long enough, just like you losing your ability to move to full time because they decreased your hours.

Also if they only gave you 16 hours before you reached FT, then no you did not reach full time.  You would have to start all over again.  That was the whole purpose of cutting your hours for the week.
