As a former retail salaried manager I can assure you: all employee surveys are for is an appeasement. It's smoke and mirrors. Voting booths for a presidential election.

Know who's surveys matter in terms of store managers? Upper managers. District, division, regional, home office, baby. Know the only criteria needing met to either keep your managers, promote them----or ditch them? 

P r o f i t. Don't be fooled for one second by sermons on anything else. Money is the only thing holy to these people.
