i am from the Dayton / Cincinnati Kroger area and I have been with Kroger over thirty years. Does anybody understand this Cincinnati experious. I do not understand what this is. It has to be another stupid program corporate came up with. Nobody seems to know what this is.

Yeah, its basically another way to grade us and have us uphold our standards. It completely changes how first touch goes down. At least from what I can gather. Theyll be having more information coming through late july into august i was told

My store went through it.  Basically they made us label everything , reorganize, throw some stuff away, told us we were ordering too much and changed the way we did inventory a bit.

It has zero to do with customer experience in my opinion, do they really think customers care how we label our supplies? I fail to see how it has anything to do with "providing hospitality to customers". That said they're doing our first walk in a few weeks and then we have until August to finish it.

They call it waste integration here basically Kroger is trying to penny pinch as much as they can while saying all this stuff that we do is uplifting and helping the community it's all a bunch of bs

Kroger say they want to create a purpose, how about increasing the pay and staffing the store instead if hiring millions of co managers that don't do nothing but sit on their butt all day

 That WAS the name here, but it's changed again. And now we're being graded on everything from lows/holes to acknowledging customers to how clean the cleaning area (which is handled solely by an outside contractor) is. I highly doubt we're going to pass this thing first time around.

The experience has arrived for me. Had the kick off meeting.
I like how they now spin it that if we eliminate waste, that is more money that will go towards remodeling and improving stores!
No it won't, it'll be money into someone's pockets....

Remodels are planned months/years ahead, depending on your stores age and market conditions in the area. I has at a store that was getting remodeled every 3-4 years, which change and that location has not been remodeled for 10 years now. Remodels really only depends on if there is completion in the area or if the store is falling apart.

They cleaned and rearranged the meat dept. all afternoon and all night.  I come in Wedensday and the place is in shambles and my boss is telling me what they had to do the day before.  We had bad scores, a bad customer comment and all I said was if you were busy doing the new program and couldn't keep up with the needs of our customers I would have gladly came in and worked that day.  Now guess who's the badguy now??
