Yes, employees (mainly new employees) have been having this problem for about , lets say, the last decade? Every few weeks or months someone starts another thread about not being able to access their online schedule.
But I rarely have any trouble........except for occasionally it doesn't come up real quickly, and I think it is just because of a slow connection, or the internet is super busy with gobs of people all doing stuff at the same time. Then I try again in about 5 minutes, and usually I connect quickly on the second (or third) try.
It might have something to do with your computer (or phone or tablet) or the server is down for a few seconds.
Here's an idea just in case it would be convenient for you. If you live close to a library, try going there to see if they have computers free for anyone to use. Try going on the site through a computer there, and see if it works better. No guarantees, just an idea.
