How long does it take for the termination process of an employee take to go through?

Also, what does it mean when store management say that the only thing that's going to save your job is if the paperwork was filed incorrectly.  How would it be processed incorrectly?

Oh, hey, not to worry buddy! These things can take a good while. Here's a formula to break it down for you.

R = the rate of occurances that went into a firing. T = the time said occurances went on for on a time line. BS = the bullsh!t ratio between the employer and the employee; these are the independent variables. CS = felatio said employee might/might not have performed on employer to prevent said firing. These are the dependent variables.

Square the first two, cube the other three, add by 4, multiply by individual point levels of each, multiply by 52 for year in weeks, or 26 for year in pay periods, then divide by 365 for year in days. And viola! There's a starting base formula you can measure this by.

Hope this helps, buddy!

Gary
