Do they have message boards and can you be straightforward on them? I would think not since you have to register to be on there and that is the reason I am not on there

They wanted to make a community out of employees to make them take more pride in their work and the ridiculous competitions they have over every sale every period.
I wouldn't post anything other than fake ass "OH, WE ARE SO PROUD- OUR DEPARTMENT IS GLORIOUS AND DOING GREAT THINGS *PIC* *PIC* *PIC* (FULL DISPLAYS 1PM BEFORE PRIME-TIME)"
Not the reality Every morning- the horror pictures of wiped displays, tables, baskets and baskets and baskets of "rejects" and numerous items just discarded around your department...  But then we're expected to be "set" and "ready for business" by 9am.  LOL

Not a good idea to be straight forward on that board. I know by experience and you'll end up being hated and treated like garbage (by management) if you do that.

My Manager and ASM's use it only when someone from the district requires them to post something. Otherwise, no. And I think only two or three employees use it, and they all suck ass to people. I'm a Grocery Manager and I don't use it at all. Don't have enough time to do that ****. I have a store to run.

I have an account, and i will randomly check yodel if i'm really bored (at home not at work), but it's nothing that i use frequently at all. I'm not a suck up enough to know any of the corporate people, lol.
